Client Service Agreement

Bird Sitting Toronto agrees to provide bird sitting and other applicable pet care services in a reliable, caring and trustworthy manner for the period specified.

In consideration of the services and as an express condition thereof, the client expressly waives and releases Bird Sitting Toronto from any and all claims against the company, its owners, employees and representatives, except those arising from negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Bird Sitting Toronto.

I further understand that if I permitted bird interaction in the application, minor cuts and scratches can occur even though the birds are carefully supervised at all times during their interactions with other birds.

While my bird(s) is/are in the care and custody of Bird Sitting Toronto, if I am unreachable in the event of an emergency, I hereby authorize Bird Sitting Toronto, its agents, and/or representatives to seek immediate veterinary care for my bird. I agree to be financially responsible for any and all costs in connection with veterinary, medical or other treatment.

Client understands that payment is due at or prior to the time of the commencement of services based on the quote or revised quotation provided by the Bird Sitting Toronto before the service starts.

The Client grants Bird Sitting Toronto permission to use photos and videos of their bird(s) taken during the boarding period for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and YouTube. The Client may revoke this permission at any time by contacting Bird Sitting Toronto in writing.
